The RAM Audio PowerPack SB 3K (commonly referred to as the DSP 3K) is a 2-channel Class-D plate amplifier specifically engineered for low-frequency applications and high-demand subwoofer systems. Part of the SUB series, this model is designed to deliver sustained power to demanding subwoofers while incorporating an advanced FIR-compatible digital signal processor and comprehensive telemetry monitoring.

• Integrated Digital Signal Processor: 64-bit double-precision 96 kHz DSP utilizing 96 kHz/32-bit AD/DA converters. Features 2000 taps FIR capability, up to 40 meters (116ms) of delay shared between input/output, and a minimal latency of 0.6 ms.

• Preset Management: 4 quick-presets selectable via an external hardware button, with a internal memory library capable of storing up to 20 user presets.

• Networking and Control: Dual-port RJ45 Ethernet switch supporting daisy-chain configurations for telemetry monitoring and DSP adjustment. Dedicated USB Type-B port for configuration adjustments and firmware utility installations via RAM_OCS control software.

• Monitoring Interfaces: Hardware indicators for standby mode, signal presence, operational status, input/output levels, temperature tracking, current draw, and real-time impedance monitoring.

• Power & Safety Architectures: Incorporates Advanced Power Management System (PMS™), Intelligent Clip Limiting (ICL™), alongside defenses against turn-on transients, overheating, DC faults, RF signals, short circuits, and mismatched loads.

• Physical Connections: Neutrik-sourced hardware including an XLR input, XLR link out, powerCON True1 input and output loop, and internal Speakon terminals for driver routing.
